RM-C Receive RMA
Purpose of Program
Use this program to document that the parts authorized to be returned on an RMA have been received.
General Program Operation
Enter the RMA number and for each line, indicate the quantity received. Lot or Serial information can be entered at this time as applicable. Depending on default settings in SD-T Service Repair & RMA Defaults the receiving person can also update the information such as original Invoice and Sales Order number, reason for return and warranty status.
